I had an account with epassporte for some years and had a significant ammount there (over $1,000).

At some point Epassporte asked for a copy of address proof and government issued ID so that I could keep using my account.

I submited all the documents (passport, national ID card, water bill, etc) in full page color scans and they kept saying they wanted other documents. They never answer e-mails or messages and have a call center in India run by people that have no idea at all of what to / how to answer customers.

Fianlly they blocked the account arguing that I had not submited the documents in 30 days as requested by them and now refuse to let me get my money back.

I've heard of several other people that have sginificant ammounts in their acocunts going trough the same process. Seems they just feel they can keep your money by saying they wnat documents, etc.

Avoid them at all costs, stick to paypal, etc. at least there you'll be dealing with a more less ectblished company, not a shady organization.
