One of the biggest screw up online banking organizations I have ever dealt with, they are rude abrupt unrelenting uncaring user unfriendly services uncompassionate

Locked out my bank account, when contacted they told me funds were not available ?? my bank said that epassporte never attempted a transfer of funds, Clinton county bank advised me if an attempt was made they would have a record of it. epassporte deny's they made any mistakes and that they did attempt a transfer and will not accommodate me in any way!!
