I have an account with epassporte and they will take your deposits online and you can use the money to make purchases online. Well my money finally was in the account and it took about 2 weeks for that to happen. When I went into my account, I clicked on Deposit Slips by mistake and it automaticly took my money and didn't ask "are you sure" or anything, I did not know I was purchasing the Deposit Slips, well not only did I click on it once but twice, so I purchased 2 sets of Deposit Books at $10.00 each, so that was a total of $20.00! I called them and they said that I had already went through, but they said they could send the I.T. Department a ticket and that ticket # is "85813", and it should take another week or 2, around the 12th of March, and it would be taken care of. When I went into my account on the 15th it still was not there. I sent them an email. They had sent me an email that I did not see on the 3rd of March telling me that they could not refund me my money to my account and that they were "SORRY"! Well I think that is not the way to treat your customers! Reguardless where you purchase something you usually always can get a refund! I told them I had sent the Deposit Slips back to them and that I wanted my money refunded back into my account. I have not heard back from them! Please help me!
