I ordered a dining set from Epatio and when the box arrived it was empty with no dining set in it, and it also had an invoice with someone elses information.  it is apparent that epatio set me someone elses order on error and this box did not contain a dining set

i emailed Denis at epatio several times and even sent him pictures of the empty boxes and he is refusing to give me my money back

I am 71 years old and this is my social security money and he is refusing to refund me

This customer did not purchase from ePatio Furniture Direct - but purchased from Amazon. After filing a claim with Amazon, Amazon denied the claim as UPS show the bistro set was delivered intact in 2 boxes and signed for by the customer.

Customer complained that they had received an empty box from UPS, BEFORE UPS had made a delivery and demanded a refund. (this item is shipped in 2 boxes, customer has never confirmed if the second box was "empty"

Then claimed they had returned the boxes and demanded a refund.

Then claimed they were at work when UPS delivered and so were unable to have received the delivery.

Then emailed a picture of an empty box that is a size and shape we do not use and is not the box used to ship the bistro set . You will see on the attached picture the box has an Amazon logo on the side - none of the boxes we use are plain boxes with Amazon logo's

Emailed a "hazy" picture of an Amazon Japan commercial invoice.- we do not put invoices in our boxes, and certainly we are not shipping from Amazon Japan.

The last email we received via Amazon from the customer was:

"I will have to pursue posting negative reports about your componay on rip off report, BBB and many more per the advice of my son who is a lawyer."

The purchase was made from Amazon, therefore any reports need to be directed to Amazon. Needless to say, Amazon has already advised the customer that they will not receive a refund as they did receive their order.
