EPPICARD VIRGINIA - EppiCard will not reverse the charges on a item I did not order. Internet
Someone on my computer, probably my kids ordered a Spanish Cd for shipping of 3.95. I seen that charge but thought it was something else. Then I get this charge of 69.00 from the Spanish company because we kept the Cd. We immediately called Eppicard, and was told by ART that we could write in our own words what happened and they would release the money contingent on the investigation. That never happened, Fedex admits they delivered it to the wrong house and the Spanish company received a check for the replacement. They wont refund our money because we have an active investigation with EPPICARD. We called today just to find out they disputed the wrong charge and it may be 45 more days. This is my unemployment, I have 3 kids I need this money. I'm not asking for anything that am not mine, all they would have to do is pick up the phone.
