Dear Ripoff Report & ALL Consumer Complaint Agencies,

I'm filing complaints do to my vehicle not being put back to the same and/or like before my auto accident. Over one year ago I was involved in an auto accident in my 2006 BMW 750i 4 door sedan at which the entire front end of my car was smashed in, the right side front wheel was smashed/folded/damaged and car was unable to drive at which it was put on a tow truck. I called my local BMW dealership where I've purchased cars before and get cars serviced asking them what I should do with car and who to contact to fix/repair. The BMW service rep I spoke to was Rick Walters at which Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to their "preferred" auto body shop if my insurance company Progressive allows me to choose (which they did). EPR
Collision/Johnny the manager said they would do ALL the body work and then would have to send it to BMW to check the under carriage, steering, breaking and some other replacement parts that Steve Thomas BMW needed to replace and
fix as his shop EPR only does body and collision repair.

After over a month of having my vehicle in their shop and me having to rent a car, I received a call from Johnny the manager at EPR Collision that my car was fixed and 100% back to normal. From the looks of everything the car looked great but immediately after driving the car off the lot of EPR Collision located in Camarillo, CA and getting on the 101 Freeway to
head home to Ojai Valley, CA I felt an immediate shaking in the front end of my vehicle and my tire/wheel alignment kept going to the right side of road which was also the side of the car that was damaged in the wreck previously. I called EPR Collision's Manager Johnny the one in charge to let him know. He requested for me to bring the car back to him to have his "guys" look at and see what the problem was. I took the car back to EPR Collision for a few things including the following: my front end shaking, my brakes making a clicking noise (still does to date) and my air conditioner not working properly (it now doesn't work
at all and front hood springs broken/slams down). Again, all issues caused my head on wreck. EPR Collision manager Johnny said he would have to look over the car and send back to BMW to fix the problems as Johnny the manager at EPR Collision
said "it's not our fault, it's on BMW and there's NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU!" which seemed very strange since EPR Collision IS who I hired to fix my car. EPR Collision were the ones who hired BMW as a "subcontractor" to fix what his shop couldn't so I felt his response was rude and like he could care less now that his company got paid and I'm sure he made a commission or spiff off my $17k job referred to him by BMW! Must be nice.

In the mean time I had contacted my insurance broker in Ventura to let him know ALL the problems with my car and needed his help/assistance on this issue. BOTH my insurance broker and I spoke with Progressive Insurance my carrier with my frustrations that I was not happy with the "run around service" I was getting from EPR & BMW and it seems I was no longer a priority now that EPR Collision/Johnny and Steve Thomas BMW had been paid in full by myself and my insurance.

Speeding things up... EPR Collision and Steve Thomas BMW NEVER put my vehicle back and/or running correctly after the wreck and work performed/serviced!! I've taken my car back to the dealership several times in the past year for the same problems (front end shakes, front end makes a clicking noise when rolling/driving, and the air conditioner and heater DO NOT
WORK AT ALL!!) I dropped my car off at Steve Thomas BMW on 9/20/12 to have the brakes and air conditioner fixed again for the 3rd time in less than 1 year and was informed by the dealership that my vehicle warranty just expired less than 2 weeks ago and they'll have to charge me to fix the clicking noise in front end and replace air motor for air conditioner/heater which is $900+ dollars. AGAIN, these were issues/problems that were directly related to the wreck I was involved in. I NEVER HAD ONE problem or issue with my car until the wreck and the repairs that were completed by EPR Collision and Steve Thomas BMW.

Now, one month later after complaining about these EXACT problems/issues I'm told it's not covered by warranty and/or the wreck which you will see in all the service records that this has been an ongoing issue and should be warrantied by either by EPR Collision Body Shop who was referred by Steve Thomas BMW to fix my car or the BMW dealership who referred me and ALSO worked on my car. I've gone round and around with both of them as I feel they're working as a team against me vs. helping me. They both were paid in full, I paid my deductible, have a long paper trail of notes, phone logs, receipts and whiteness who've know what I've been through and still going through as my air conditioner doesn't work, car still makes noises in the front end and they're trying to stick me with a $900 plus bill for stuff that was called out many times before. It just seems very strange to many others and me that just less than one month after warranty expires, there's $900 worth of
repairs that need to be done.

Seems like the two companies EPR Collision and Steve Thomas BMW are trying to take advantage of their "working/referral
relationship" and treating long time past clients like there's nothing we can do in return!  Ive purchased 3 BMWs that include a 2007 BMW 650, 2006 BMW 750 and a 2007 BMW 325 and neither myfamily, close friends or myself WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER BMW AGAIN!!! Im doing something about it by writing to you, other consumer sites, local newspaper and anyone I know thats had the same or similar issues with either EPR Collision located at 852 Via Alondra, Camarillo 805-389-9574 or Steve Thomas BMW located in Camarillo, California to contact me to discuss legal options and or/class action lawsuit as I've done my research within the 805 Community/Ventura County and I'm not the only one this has happened too! Go figure...
