EQUIDATA CREDITORS - JJ Beepers Ripoff put me on collections when I do not owe JJ Beepers. Los Angeles, California
I paid JJ Beepers for 3 months in advance. They told me that I may get a letter asking if I would like to extend. I told them I won't want to extend. The salesman told me to then just egnore it and I won't be billed. After my contract was up, I recieved a letter asking if I would like to extend my service to send them 36.00. I egnored it. Now, it's on my TRW from a credit company named Equidata.
There is no phone number, address for me to contact them directly. I have sent numerous letters to TRW. I have sent them a copy of my actual contract showing that it was paid in full and nowhere on the contract does it state that I will owe them if I don't continue the service. It was a month to month contract paid in full. They will not take it off. Can I take them to small claims court? If I can show a judge, I know without a doubt that they will find me right and a judgement will clear my name. Has anyone taken a credit or to small claims?
