i have the same problem with this guy i saw at the hoobly.com site that he was selling kitties so i was interested at that time so id texted him'' 661-487-163''5 this was the phone number at the site i told him i was curious about the cat he wants me to email him ''[email protected]'' so we was having a conversation about the cat~the picture was british shorthair kittens it was 600$ each i ask him to buy female and male .he gave me a discount 850$
and i ask him how to pay? he told me to pay when the kittens are arrive pay by cash to delivery person that was so unacceptable but i was over sea student didnt know about american system that much and it was find for me to pay after i got them~ he told me i can get them by a day at 6 o'clock~ so i was waiting and get touch by the delivery company .and finally delivery company called me about the kittens they will be schedule delivery at 6 but they want me to pay 850+10fee for
western union or money gram but i didnt have it and didnt have time to go there so i ask them for venmo they accept it i paid it first so they said they are gonna deliver at 6 but they delayed cause of the weather so next day same time ill get them they told me!they were asking me more money eatra 1200 refundable insurance
so i send them cause i didnt want the kitties to be cold out side and they delayed again and asking me about more money for the passport 420$ so i realize this is so wrong i told him gonna send the money after days later i went to the bank to report this and ic3 /internet fbi i report all about this the bank gave me money back it really seems real cause they gave me certification and every information so i believed it
