When I bought a private sale home after being told I was aproved, the Property manager became outraged that I did not go through her so she can get commissions on the sale. They broke into my home and removed everything out of it including my appliances, medication and personal items. I went into respiratory distress 2 days after that. They had a vacant house served with summons for eviction. This property mamger has been stopping people at the gate from moving into their homes. 

 

All I can say is after my intense investigation their lawyaers and the people in the management office has all lawyered up crimally...

 

 

I was the wrong one for their illegal evictions, just so they can get possession of these homes in this community.

I am a victim of Equity Lifestyle Properties and the other conspiratorys of eleven (11) Corporations involved in all the operations of each, Mobile Home Park in Florida. I was evicted, lost manufactured home, investment, appurtenances and much more. I have done extensive research in the Florida Chapters and Statutes, that apply to their actions. For years, had FL Chapter 723 shoved down our throats by ELS, was only Chapter applied to Mobile Homes, the FL Divison and the FMO, that's NOT TRUE.

 

All the Chicago Conspiratorys doing business in Fl, ran each name through a State Database and found that NOT one had Licenses per FL 520.32 in the last twenty years, they are required to do, Retail Installment Contracts, not Mortgages as implied by ELS, and all Retail Installment contracts are "unlawful". Found by search, that the Mobile Home Dealer Licenses in my case, were invalid because ELS failed to follow policies and procedures by Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, therefore committing Perjuries by Application HSMV 86056. ELS has to apply for required Licenses, for each physical address of sales. Since ELS operates 98 Mobile communities in FL, there must be 98 applications filed, which they swear under penalty of perjury to obey ALL FL Laws and Statutes, policies and procedures, county and local laws. Another action to cause is FL 723.031 Mobile Home Lot Rental Agrreements (10) Any Rules and Regulations of Park are incorporated in the Statute, declaring any Rules or Regulations ELS breaks, is a violation/s of Statute of FL 723.031 and because ELS signed and swore on HSMV 86056, to obey is now a criminal Perjury for each Statute violation count.

 

You mentioned RICO, PLEASE, Please contact the FL Attorney General, Pamela Bondi who investigates RICO, I have been in contact but she won't start investigation until it crosses 2 or more Judical Circuits. I am creating a response to their decision, because I have researched and found ELS operates across eleven (11) Judical Circuits, in twenty three (23) counties. I have connected the "dots", follow the bread crumbs, filed my corresponding documents to each FL Statute and or Law. Also discovered FDUTPA Act, that applies. I have done the research and found that Officers of the Chicago Group sit on Corprate Boards of multiple Corporations, that affirms conspiracy to committ fraud, deception and collection of unlawful debts.

 

Currently the Broward County Prosecutor is supposedly investigating, per Police Department, ELS for "Grand Theft", they sold me double wide mobile home under deceptive practices, with Invalid Dealer Licenses, financed it Unlawfully, tried to collect unlawful debt, and committed perjury to Broward County Court in Eviction and Repossession of Home. I have a huge library of files, documents, research, pictures, and evidence of ELS and their Conspiratorys actions. You can't find a Lawyer, because the Lawyers "pie", are very few in number, less than probably .05%, Real Estate Lawyers won't touch because a Mobile Home, huge difference from Homes.

 

I have tried to be the voice of the many, many seniors in Florida being mistreated unlawfully, with the same scenario at most Communities operated by Equity Lifestyle Properties and their Consortium. The Park Managers are there to run interference for ELS, try to contact Corporate a VP is reviewing, NOT. The Mangers are to keep the Money Machine going for Corporate, and honestly can not make a move with going up the chain of command for actions. Also since the Conspiratorys are acting by Interstate, the Federal Attorney General should be contacted as well, which starts with a report to the FBI, that needs to be a consorted action at the same time.

 

ELS's actions we are reduced to living in a Garage, we're a step away form being Homeless. The undue stress and emotional ups aand down are horricfic, ELS and their Conspiratorys MUST be stopped. Just like the $111 Million dollar lawsuit in California to Mobile Home Owners.

Nation wide all complaints are alike when it comes to ELS. They are takeing over homes and no one knows how they aare getting away with it. There is intiminadation, threats, bullying, of the elderly residents in their community. 

Nationwide people are pickking some of the most horrible things that has happened in history to describe the ELS employees on the grounds. Slave hoders still, Gastapo, Concentration camps. Slums rundown homes. Illegal takeover. Well in Lake Worth florida their Employees Beverly Sagehorn and Linda Ryerson got SLOPPY. They threw a box of documents containing 3 years of emails and detail records of criminal acts against the elderly. ELS has found a way nationwide to manipulate the justice system in order to illegal take possession of homes. They have been gouging prices nationwide so no one can afford to live on their grounds. They are taking these communities away from the poor, elderly and disabled to bring in the high priced younger working class to purchase newer homes they are filling their parks with. 

 

I am working on a report to turn evidence over to Attorney General in Palm Beach County.
