Eric: As a serial entrepreneur myself I know the challenge of courting and bringing on investors can be daunting and unwieldy- and have spent the last 8 years of my life seeking out ways to streamline this process. In 2004, I was part of the founding team of GoBIGNetwork.com, the first online funding platform for businesses that has grown to over 400,000 members and 20,000 active accredited investors.
Eric fails to mention in 2008 he breached a Multimillion $ Patent purchase agreement,
Went on to infringe the Patent.
Misrepresent technology.
Confiscated Patent Tools.
Chose to sell them as Scrap Iron
