Eric P Sivak is a deaf contractor located in Washington DC. DO NOT hire him to do any renovations, not even to hammer a nail. He's NOTORIOUS for finishing projects late and for intimidating clients if they express any dissatisfaction with their work. He has also sued clients for imagined slights.
