ERIKA MILLER/GRANTONEDAY GRANTONEDAY,SAID A DISK TO LEARN ABOUT GOV. GRANT WAS $1.99. THEY WENT INTO MY ACCT.AND STOLE $19.12 AND $94.89 THESE PEOPLE ARE DOGS,EVEN AFTER I SPOKE TO THEM, THEY SWEAR THEY DIDN'T STEAL MY MONEY. Internet
i am disabled and saw online where this grantoneday can help you get a gov. grant. the logo also said they were seen on cnn,abc,cbs for the grant they had help people get. i went on another web page to check and it said the top 5 places that help with gov. grant that had been proven honest. "grantoneday" was one of those places. grantoneday said for $1.99,you could receive a disk with information. i ordered that disk!
the next couple of day i went on line and saw some erika miller had taken $19.12 and grantoneday ahd taken 94.89. i called them and they mention some membership. i told them there was nothing about a membership on that page. i asked for a refund. she said "i'm refunding it right now, and canceling your membership. i waited for a couple of days and the money wasn't back in my acct. i called again and a guy answered and told me that billing had to refund my money. i asked for the phone num. he said you can only get billing by email. i hope "god" truly hear me from the bottom of my heart when i say this,i hope them and their familys burn in hell. i fight for my life and they stole my money.

We find it regrettable you did not read the terms and conditions which you agreed to when submitting your application. In fact, you MUST agree to this before even being able to process the application. It is clearly stated with this document the nature of our services. The charge of 19.12 is a third party advertiser. This is an option on the order page you would have had to request at the time of submitting your application. As for the claim of a phone representative advising you of a refund, NONE of our phone reps. have the authorization to refund any customer. Only the billing department has this ability.
