Erin B. Shank PC Incorrect Legal Advise! Waco Texas
We went to this law office for legal advise and were given bad advise during our bankruptcy case. She told us that there would be no ramifications should we give a house back..... Well now that we have reorganized and paid off all of our debt we can now not get a home loan because of an FHA/HUD report which Ms. Shank said it would be taken care of and there would be no ill ramifications!
Well she was wrong! Now we cannot close on our new house! We are soon to be homeless all because she mislead us in the information that she provided.
Beware if you have a legal problem involving your mortgage company avoid Ms. Shank!

We suspect this is a disgruntled former employee

Based on the name "Kris" and the date that this report was submitted, along with other, similar reports under different names on other sites, those of us who work with Erin believe that this is a former employee of our firm. The "Kris" who worked with us quit without any notice, and seems to hold a grudge against Erin and the other employees. Also, if this is the same "Kris," she appears to have ignored -- and is now mischaracterizing -- the advice that Erin had given her about her house.
