Erin Condren Person handling my complaint because he refused to get Erin Condren to speak to me as to me as I requested or someone higher than himself is employee Mr. Ross Bayer
I have been faithful customer of Erin Condrin for years. This year when ordering several life planers, my daughter Karlie ordered a teachers planner and was very disappointed. She wanted to return it and order a life planner and Mr. Ross Bayer was condescending and told her that she would have to pay a $10. restocking fee and she could have a $10.00 off the new purchase. That is not enough for a long time customer. I feel she should have had free postage to return and to send the new one since we already paid postage and to charge a restocking fee is horrible. Mr. Bayer was very cocky and made a mockery of my complaint! I AND ALLMY FRIENDS WILL NEVER SHOP ERIN CONDRIN AGAIN!. hawthorne California
