ES Appraisal Services located in FL does not pay the appraiser for services.
They order multiple appraisals and then by the time you realize they have not
sent a check 2-4 months have gone by and they have hit you with thousand of
dollars of appraisals that you will never see the money for. This company is a
flight by night thief in the night.
They contact appraiser's and use them until the appraiser realizes they are not going to pay them. This story is over and over and I am one of those appraiser's they hit for a couple of thousand dollars. The real frustrating thing is there is no number to call to talk to accounting and none of the solicitors that call to solicit an appraiser know anything or at least that is what they say. WARNING TO ALL APPRAISER DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ROBBING YOU!!!!
