ES Appraisal Services evaluation services Tries to get out of paying appraisers for their services, rude, un-professional Jacksonville, Florida
This appraisal management company does not have internal control in sending out orders. They order, cancel, order again, then ask for a rush to work on weekends. After sending a report in, they claim they didn't get it. Two months later, they don't return e-mails or phone calls when asking for payment. They attempt to claim the report was never sent in and I declined the order and why should we pay you, but then, oh yes, it was under a different order number! They are rude, non-professional and condescending. Do NOT work for this company!
