It clearly states in the terms and conditions when you sign up that you will be billed for our service. Which means you were just after a freebie and were far too busy to actually read what you were agreeing too. Remember nothing in life is free, also how come it took you eight months to notice the charge? Maybe you should watch you bills more closely. Our practices are 100% legal if you don't believe me check out the telecommunications act of 1983. Checking the box that says you have read and understood the terms and conditions is thge same as a legal signature any lawer could tell you that. So bottom line be more care full when you sign up for stuff online and always read the fine print and remember ESBI is a billing company and Trivoice is a voicemail company, which are two completely seperate companies.
