ESBI Local Area Yellow Pages I felt like I was Scammed. San Francisco California
This company was not clear on what the sale entailed; I have must of gotten 15 phone calls from this woman before I had answered any of her questions.
No matter how many times I stated the manager was out on business; I would still receive the same phone call. Nothing was going to get this woman off my back until I answered some of her questions. I stated several times I could not authorize any kind of purchase over the phone, due to the fact my manager was away on business.
She kept replying that this was no charge but a "FREE WELCOME LETTER" That was going to be sent to the address; something that my manager could look over.
If he was interested he would proceed with the purchase.
A month later; we are being charged $40.00 a month on our phone bill. No "Welcome Letter", NO approval of charge.
It seems like the scam you, by asking you what your address, and businees; so they can just automatically charge you monthly.
Basically; it seems like there trying to help when in fact their trying to charge you just by answering simple Yes or No questions.
Argument is simple; if there was such thing as a "WELCOME LETTER" that stated all the information that we need, either to approve or disapprove the offer; It was never received.
