Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I just received my second phone bill with strange billings on it. My first one had a billing from OAN for directory assistance, and usf carrier admin fee. I called this company and got through and they said someone at this number had dialed 1-702-555-1212 directory assistance. I thought ok maybe my husband did.

The next bill I got had a billing from USBI for voicemail id theft 14.95, and another from OAN for a collect call. This time I called Qwest and asked what the deal was. She more or less told me that they were scam companies. I asked why they were allowed to bill us through Qwest and she said legally they had to. Huh? Why are they legally obligated to use their services for a scam? No answer! However she did take off the amount from my bill.

Then I got on the internet to do some investigating. I am so mad I could scream. Why can't these companies be stopped? How many more times am I going to have to deal with this?

i got a letter today from the Office of the Attorney General. "consumer protection unit Cheyenne Wyoming. with the letter was a copy sent to me about OAN and this (BS) bill . we are in receipt of the above refereced complaint. OAN is engaged in the business of aggregating records from various service providers and transmitting those records to the local exchange carriers. Every service provider for which we preform record processing service is required to provide records that are properly authorized and in accordance with the appropriate regulations. OAN has given me credit for $38.85 plus tax and will credit my phone account another $64.75 plus tax. thanks to Beverly Aylward of the Office of the Attorney General in Wyoming. i suggest you call the Attorney General in the State you live in to help you with this company to get back your hard earned cash they steal from you.
