First time I received charges from esbi was last month-July. there were two seperate phone charges on my bill that I knew nothing about. The first charge was for an answering service.

I didn't need an extra answering service because thru Verizon, that's included with my phone package. that first esbi answering service was $14.95.

The second esbi unauthorized phone charge was for registering your child for nationwide protection in case your child was ever kidnapped. That service was also $14.95.

I had to first call Verizon to find out who this company was. Verizon said that this company was a private company. I informed Verizon that both charges were not authorized by me.

Verizon took both of those esbi charges off of my bill. Next, I had to call both companies individually to have them remove my phone number off of their list.

Esbi said that they would and that my phone bill would be credited. Both phone charges were credited on my bill and those services were removed.

Now her it is August and what do i see on my bill for another $14.95? Again, its ESBI. This time it is Travellers Tech Support. I don't even know who thses people are! Yet they appear on my phone bill for this month.

This will be my third time in two months having to directly call ESBI and have this new charge removed from my phone bill. This ESBI began appearing on my phone bill last month-July. This same company is back on my phone bill with yet a new charge.

How do I stop this ESBI Company from continuing to add service charges on my phone bill every month? it seems to be each month a new and different charge!

Why is it that Verizon is allowing other private companies to add these charges to my phone bill, without Verizon contacting me to see if I have authorized any additional charges?

How can I protect myself from companies just like ESBI?

After I call them once again to have this new service charge removed off of my phone bill, how will I know for sure that this will be ESBI's last time appearing on my bill?
