ESBI Billed me for a voice mailbox, which I did not authorize. Internet
ESBI billed me for two months for a voice mailbox which I did not authorize. I called and they told me that emarketers.com told them to bill me. I never heard of emarketers.com. I called Verizon and got the number for ESBI and called them. I was on hold for 15 minutes and finally talked to someone. They told me they would take the two months off my phone bill. Everyone should look over their phone bills and complain to their carrier ASAP
