ESBI....tries To Rip Me Off Unknown Charges Appear on My Frontier Phone Bill Internet
My wife (who usually pays the bills) called me down to look at our Frontier Bill. She couldn't understand why it had jumped in price by around $15. I searched the bill and found charges from ESBI. I promptly called the company, who claimed my wife had signed up for their services. We demanded to have our "service" whatever it may be turned off, and to have the charges wiped clean. They said they would, but whether or not that actually occurs is still to be found.
