ESBI Unauthorized Billing Internet
ESBI has been begun billing my Embarq phone account starting this month (June 08) on behalf of a company called Netpage Now.
Of course I called Embarq and I was referred to ESBI at 1800-300-3724 and the recorded prompt said to call another "Talk Line" for exiciting people nationwide.
This sounds like a shell game.
So far I have not been able to resolve this billing to my phone account. I never authorized these charges, and Embarq does not seem to want to help with this matter saying that they are required to pass along the billing from a third party by law.
So far I have been unable to contact ESBI, and their website has no contact info at all.
