Dear Rip Off Report,
My name is Quancidine Hinson-Gribble and I am a financial victim of ESIS INSURANCE/CHUBB. During the course of trying to find out if an Insurance claim had been paid out for a car accident that I was in on January 20, 2016 that involved a vehicle owned by TIME WARNER CABLE . The accident took place in Fayetteville, NC.
After months of getting the run around about my claim being paid (76254851801734) I discovered that it had been paid out on April 28, 2016. During the course of events the attorney that was representing me appeared to be representing the insurance company that he was supposed to be suing on my behalf. The Insurance Company ESIS/Chubb opened a new claim after they understood that they had been cutting deals to cut out their claimants. In this case it was me.
I contacted the North Carolina Insurnace Commissioner and filed a formal complaint against ESIS Insurance and this is when they began to unravel by contacting me and asking me to give them a statement and all of my documentation. On several occassions I recieved phone calls, e-mails and what was really insulting is when ESIS Insurance mailed me a letter dated February 11, 2016 that they mailed out on October 19, 2016 per metered mail stamp. I recieved the letter on October 24, 2016.
I want the WORLD to know that ESIS INSURANCE is running a "SCAM" on claimants and creating documents to cover their behinds after they have been caught. After several e-mails from Mr. Otto Leitner, asking me for a statement and my documents my answer was alsways the same, PAY ME MY MONEY. This went on for over a month and I stated several times that I would settle for $250,000.00. Instead of ESIS INSURANCE paying me they have decided to throw the ball in another employees lap to start the "DOG and PONY" show over and I decided to put ESIS INSURANCE Company on BLAST so these people will understand that are consumers are NOT STUPID!
Today is Saturday, November 19, 2016 and I still have not received my settlement.
