This is a brief report.

I apologize for the mass e-mails you have received from me. But if action isn’t taken then I’m afraid ESports Entertainment just lost a potential client. Eric is your companies customer relations? I think you should reconsider that choice. But hey, that’s just my opinion.   Here’s the e-mail he sent me:

“You will not receive an apology, an unban, or your karma back. Don't advertise on our forums, I believe I made that perfectly clear, let you off with a warning (we usually ban on sight), and you proceeded to argue. I find THAT unacceptable, which is why you're banned now! In conclusion, please see this thesaurus.com link where you can find synonyms (that means they mean the same thing!) to the word "advertising", one of which is, surprisingly, "promote"! http://thesaurus.com/browse/advertising”.

As a customer of ESEA, I am very upset that the CUSTOMER RELATIONS sent me that kind of e-mail. It’s full of attitude and unnecessary content that is EXTREMELY unprofessional and shows how childish this man is. That’s not very businesslike, and draws concern. But I’m not just a customer, I’m also a client. And the fact that the CUSTOMER RELATIONS sent me that e-mail makes me want to never think about doing business with this company again.

Here is my reply to his e-mail:

“First off, no warning was given. I did not receive anything from you stating I had been “warned”. You also stated that you banned me for arguing? Last time I checked you can’t be banned for arguing. I deserved the right to know why I was banned, and if you didn’t want to discuss it then that shows your lack of people skills Eric. I will talk to Craig tomorrow about this, we’ll see what his opinion is. It’s not like I linked it to a product page where you can buy the drink, or even my website for that matter. I linked a FAN PAGE on FACEBOOK.   ESports Entertainment may have just lost a potential client because of you. What do you think they will say about that? If they don’t take action, then I don’t even want to do business with them. You’re supposed to take care of clients, not ban them and be discourteous. If you had a problem with me, or anything I said, you should have private messaged me like an adult Eric. But instead you resort to abusing your power and ban me. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about you, but I never thought I would see it happen.   You’re the Customer Relations? That is immensely disappointing. Seeing how you talk to people and treat people tells me you need to learn people skills, best of luck to you with accomplishing that.”

I believe I made valid points. He never gave me a warning (a simple PM would have sufficed) and he banned me for arguing? We’re not 15 years old, we can talk about situations like adults and resolve them. But without a warning, or hesitation, he banned me. Craig I truly do want to do business with you guys, because I believe we can have a mutually beneficial relationship. But if you don’t take action and solve this…then I’m going to have to hang the towel up.

I hope you run your company better than Eric Wallace runs Customer Relations.

ESEA charges $6/month and $5 for a "League Fee". They have now taken my money, and banned me for "arguing"? That is stealing my money, and I'm not happy about it. This is not the first time this has happened, they do is ALL DAY EVERY DAY and get away with it. Something needs to be done, but what...
