As a worker of Espresso Partners, the company bills customers for emergency repairs even though employees are available and just sitting around m-f expands work times the employees are supposedly at the work site. The tech support does not answer calls from the reps in the field to further the expense of the customers. This practice happens repeatedly. If an employee does the operation faster than they deem appropriate they fire the worker and hire an inexperienced worker with little training to add to their bottom line. They have an employee that is very slow and inexperienced but they only pay him 13k/yr. that is less than min wage but they do not care because his slowness again adds to their billing time. They do not have an employee who is unrelated to the family currently working with more than 1 year senority. They never pay them the money owed to the workers in a timely manner. Always some excuse, The point is, they are a very unorganized and unethical company. They have very, very few repeat customers because of this practice and their other billing colection practices. Names and contacts and dates can be provided for supported evidence.

Do not do business with this company unless you have money to throw away and the patience to put up with a guy screaming at your workers for his money for a job that wasn't even billed yet.

I agree with the complaints mentioned here in. Most of their technicians lack proper training and knowledge required to effectively trouble shoot machine issues. Most of the time the tech is on the phone with another tech who is walking him through the procedure; this of course takes a lot of time which they of course bill you for. When asked if they work on our type of machine the answer is "yes", when the technician arrives he looks confused and has to "order" the parts.

If you work on something shouldn't you have the basic load out of parts? And of course they bill you for everything associated with their lack of preparation. The typical turn around for parts is 12 days. Here in the DC area they had a great tech, can't remember his name however he could come in and tell you exactly what was wrong and usually get it running, now I am told he no longer works for the company.

Why would they get rid of a capable tech and keep the crappy ones? From what the subsequent techs have mentioned he got tired of the BS... When good techs leave that says something about the management. We no longer do business with espresso partners and I encourage anyone in the DC area to seek other companies Hope builders is who we use now.
