Essential Beauty & Health NOW Simply Skin Rosyeyes They Take Your Money and Won't Stop! San Diego Internet
I ordered the product this past summer. I have called multiple times since August trying to cancel my shipment. However, I continue being charged and product is arriving monthly. Furthermore, I wanted only one of their items and while I selected, 'No" to the Green Coffee" supplement, I was still sent and charged for the product.
The Customer Service Dept. is a joke and are just as much a part of the scam. They don't listen, talk super-fast, and try to get you to accept a discounted price on the product. When you say you want to cancel, they agree with you, then tell you they will stop sending monthly but will send quarterly. I clearly explained, I do NOT want any future shipments and want a refund. They agreed to refund me for 1-bottle of the 6 I didn't order. When I explained I wanted a full refund, they told me I needed to contact another number. I contacted that number and they gave me a transaction ID and said that's all I needed to know. I asked how much I was being credited and they hung up.
I've called 3-times, back to back on 11/7/2016 and continue to get hung up on once I ask for the amount of the credit. It’s a nightmare to get canceled and I will be surprised if I don't need to contact my bank for a stop payment, which then incurs another fee.
