Yes, Estrela Marketing is the pits! And I'm sorry to burst their little bubble of illution here, but not everyone that will complain will be their competitors. They are actual consumers that were ripped off by them.  They can say what they want but the people that were their clients will know differant.  The phrase you get what you pay for is no longer true thanks to Estrela.  You can pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars and get nothing back in return, no costomers, no added profits, and definitely no proof you even did business with Estrela as a marketing solution.  If you want or need advertising I suggest you go with the old fashioned newspapers, magazines, Tv/radio commercials.  You'd be farther ahead and won't have to worry about what money you'd be losing or if the advertising was even really done, because you'd see your proof from all the sources you placed your ad in. Email marketing is the pits and I will never go back through Estrela for that or any type of advertising campaing ever again.

I am very sorry to hear you feel this way. I take pride in trying to satisfy all of our customers. Since 2003 we have performed over three-thousand email marketing campaigns. Many of them are very successful, some are moderately successful; and some are not. In any form of advertising there are successes and failures. We cannot guarantee that people will be receptive to the message we send out on your behalf. This remains true with Print, TV, Radio and Direct Mail advertising.

What is really troubling to me is that ever since I was made aware of your dissatisfaction, I reached out to you for a free consultation and free mailing to improve the response that you received from the original mailing you paid for. I am still waiting to receive a call or email back from you.

No other medium will perform as effectively as email marketing for such a small investment.

This will be your 4th post on this site, attempting to discredit us in any way you can. You know that we did not "scam" you and that we performed our services exactly as they were described/contracted for.

The Better Business Bureau, and even your bank, Chase is recognizing that we have not done anything wrong, went above and beyond what we were contracted to do,  and that you are not entitled to a refund.

Once again, I am asking for you to please contact me directly so I can further assist you. I am truly interested in resolving any issues you have with us.
