Ordered 8 HP OEM (original) toner cartridges based on pictures on their website
Received GENERIC cartridges which the company allowed me to send back.
Then sent me 2 cartridges that were not in HP box as was displayed in their listing. Company sent me return label.
Then sent me two boxes that were sealed with tape as they had been opened, security seal was not intact so I could not verify authencity using the QR code. Their listingdid not that the boxes had been opened. Two other boxes had security seals intact.
The remaining 4 cartridges were not received to date, which is 2 months after the order.
The company wanted me to pay return shipping onthe two damaged/opened boxes. They did charge approximately $10per cartridge for shipping when originally ordered.
The orders were shipped to me from 3rd party sellers using their eBay shipping address and eBay box. If I had wanted junk toner I would have ordereed from eBay where the sellers describe their toner as either in opened box, damaged box or new and unopened.
