If you paid via credit card, contact your credit card issuer and file a billing complaint. Make sure you tell them that you have not received the merchandise & the expected date of delivery. They will do a chargeback on your credit card to the merchant and the merchant will either have to send you what you ordered or the funds will be reversed from their bank. It is a pretty simple resolution.

This company is bs i ordered a wireless belkin router and the destop cardl. Sent a check for 182.50 agreed to the 10 day clearing period. Weeks passed and it still didn't clear finally it cleared. I checked the site It said still processing. I called and they assured me it would be in soon and it was due to a massive volume of orders. I said ok and than waited again. It's now been over three months and I haven't recieved any product and they've cashed my check. Now they have no support and their website is no longer available. Please i want to get my money back. This is America and people shouldn't be able to get away with things like this. IF anyone can help me please contact me at [email protected]. I've tried the better business bureau and these online disputes and I doubt they'll do anything.
