Ethan Waddell with Wealth Creating Investments , O: 702.267.9500 ext.1000 D: 702.823.0816 F: 702.208.9786 advertises that he has property for sale and says that he offers owner financing . When I asked if I could see these properties Ethan stated that I would have to pay for the properties first then I could have all the info on the properties. Ethan does not own these properties . Please beware of of this company and Ethan Waddell they are trying to sell properties that they do not own.
