http://www.etheritsolutions.com, https://www.odesk.com/users/~~06d0e912e499bfb2, possibly more such as Scooder Games. 

They gave a fraudulent quote, asked money upfront, gave false portfolio references and information! We decided not to use them but after talking with RECENT users, they said they gave half done work and threaten them :(. 

The person was very very very rude! We agreed on 15 an hour, and look how the quote changed. Also, look how he treats the NEW clients. Can you imagine what the other clients we talked to had to go through? They said it was the worse experience of their life :(
