On November 25, 2012, some one from etour and travel called himself Brent Stills was successful to persuade me to buy a package. He sold it to me because he said the package included return airfares for 5 people to and from Orlando-Ontario. He also mentioned 9 nights and $200 credit to any theme parks, 60% off regular theme parks price plus Enterprise car rental for
7 days. In addition he said I could upgrade to a resort inside the Disney theme park without any additional charges.

When I learned through my online account that what I actually will get is not the same as what this person sold, I cancelled my purchase. I was on November 30, 2012 when I cancelled this purchase. The lady who received my call was nice and she cancelled it right away. Her name is Devin.

I paid an extra CAD just to cancelled this because of the exchange rate differences.

On Tuesday, December 11, 2012, I received a phone call from this company asking me how I rated my recent purchase and I told her I have cancelled it because it was not as good as what I was told. She then mentioned I did another purchase on December 9, 2012 with a price of $489. I almost got a heart attack! I did not purchase anything from this company on
December 9! Neither gave them an authorization to charge my credit card.  She insisted that I made that other purchase. She told me that unless I gave you authorization, it was not possible to charge my credit card. Of course I was absolutely angry! I was told to call their customer service number: 407-515-2400.

When I called that number, two of their staff kept telling me that my purchase could not be cancelled, because it existed. Basically they insisted that I made another purchase and that I agreed to pay for whatever the price was. I was in terrible distress by then. They told me to cancel after I received the package in the mail. They said I could not cancel until I received the package in the mail. I said to them I would not allow this to happen. I did not make that purchase, therefore there was actually none to be cancelled. They was not helpful at all. I was in so much anger. Not until after a very long conversation, they said they would cancel my package.

Today, my credit card was charged CAD 495.80, and I am requesting them to pay me back in full of this amount.

Now, aside from my objection to get another or other calls from this company ever again, I cannot believe this kind of company is allowed to operate.
 
How could something like this be allowed to exist in the US ?

I would like you to investigate this company and put sanction on their wrongful practice.
