First off the BBB is a joke anyways CNBC did a special on the new about their "agency." Basically they take payoffs from "reputable" companies so that they give them better ratings on their site. Regardless if you read in Customer Complaint summery on the ETour page on BBB it says over 430 complaints CLOSED in the last 3 years. Do you know what closed means? Whether your a sucker or intelligent person is not the reason why this business is still around. They sell a quality vacation to all those that travel if you buy it and don't use it, that is no one's fault but your own. If you dont like the timeshares you dont have to buy it, but if you wanna save the money you have to go on the tours its really quite simple it is all in the paperwork in black and white. Whether you feel ripped off or not doesn't negate the fact that you were sold something that you have the right to use within the time period. Scams are things when people straight up steal your money and give you nothing in return, which is usually punishable by law. If you were unhappy with the product then I am sorry to hear that most people that actually tour with us are quite satisfied by the end of their vacation and feel that they have saved.
Good Day to you.

I love how you said only 6 complaints were not resolved. There were/are over 400 complaints against your company. Extremely unprofessional sales managers, you can hear people in the back ground cheer that they just ripped someone off. There are a lot of suckers out there, which is the only reason you're still in business.

Some of the hotels they set you up in for instance is the Double tree in Orlando, FL. Goodluck finding a room there for 50 dollars a night lol, and that isn't even their condos. This company is not a scam they sell a highly discounted vacation package for the price of you going on time share tours. They have been in business since 1995 without changing names. On BBB currently only 6 issues have not been resolved. You will not be able to beat their rates on your own especially when it comes to the rental car. The reason they have bad reviews is because people are always unhappy about ANY timeshare business and the ones that are satisfied dont write about it. If you dont want to buy just go through the tour and tell them you are not interested and you save hundreds of dollars on an otherwise expensive vacation. If you dont wanna go on the tour just go off and book your own hotels at full rates and you compare it yourself and tell me what is the better deal. You get what you pay for a vacation for up to 12 months that you can go on and the attraction tickets are the same exact price you would get if you went to the gate. The vouchers are 100 off the price of a normal admission for 2 adults. So take that out of whatever it is you would need. Its pretty straight up how things work but if you are not into discounts or highly reduced rates please feel free to go buy it yourself and tell us all what you spent.
