I was contacted by an agent on December 5, 2013. He stated that a few weeks prior he had contacted me and wanted to offer me once again a deal of 149 travel package for Orlando/Daytona Florida.  I didn't want to but since I had a wedding to go to in March figured why not take advantage and sign up.  By the end of it the guy offered it to me for 99 dollars and his supervisor was also on the line who also gave a discount on car rental.  A few days later I got an email but it had my daughters name on it from them.  Today I called them to address that issue and to also get a refund being that I gave them my credit card and I just lost my job and can't afford the credit card fee for their package.  The lady took 20 minutes on the phone refusing to cancel the package and give me a refund. No matter how many times I said cancel it she just wouldn't, then she lied by telling me that she would cancel it if I gave her my last 4 digits of my card, after I verified it then she gave me the excuse that since the package was under my daughters name it couldn't be canceled.  so I handed the phone to my 19 year old daughter who was also upset at the situation.  My daughter spoke to her for an additional 15 minutes and still after several times of saying to cancel it the lady wouldn't do it.  By the end of it she told my daughter to think about it before canceling it.  So my daughter hung up and we called back low and behold we ended up with the same customer service rep, she was rude and called my daughter a liar after I addressed her for not canceling it after she spoke to my daughter.  Another 15 minutes and more statements of canceling she still wouldn't.  All I want is my refund back since I can't pay do it and don't want to add another bill since I am unfortunately unemployeed.  She kept telling me to hold off and not cancel it.. Finally I called her out on their policy which states that you have upto 15 days to cancel a package, she agreed that I was corrected but still refused to cancel it.  Her last thing to me was telling me to sell it to someone else and to make a profit for on it but after seeing how they scammed me I wouldn't want this passed on to anyone else.  So tomorrow I will try again to get my refund and cancel this unwanted package.  Which makes the deadline of cancelation.
