My in-laws received a letter from "the desk of the Vice President" informing them they won 615,810.00 euros in a third category draw. The vice president requested they contact Dr John Clark, a claims agent, to organize the arrangements of payment via the opening of a bank account to deposit the prize. The letter did not fail to mention the sponsoring firm "Global Finance and Security Company" owned 10% of the prize and said money would have to be paid by the prize winners.

In the letter "Global Security Company SA" is mentioned as the employer of Dr. Clark. The letter is signed by Mr. Patrick Schiel, Vice-President.

It seems to me the persons drafting the letter are pure imbeciles with limited education. A brief look at the "prize letter" reveals a number of orthographic mistakes that gives it off. For example, it refers to a supposed Ministry of Finance as "Ministery", it's missing several periods at the end of sentences, the reference number in the caption does not match the number in the body of the letter; and on and on.

Consumer, be ware of winning the international lottery! Remember the old caveat, if its too good to be true then it's not true.
