Evaley Luxury Lingerie Beware This Website/Business!! Owner Emailed Immediately After I Paid Asking For $80 Extra! Houston Texas

I purchased a Bordelle Voyeur Harness listed at $250 on the Evaley Luxury Lingerie website. Using the 20% off discount code and free shipping my total came to $200. Immediately afterwards I received an email from Joanne, the Owner, that the price I paid was actually reserved for a customer in Poland and my order would immediately be cancelled. She said if I wanted to have it I would need to pay $80 extra or $350 with 20% discount. She tried to push this on me twice.
I said politely said no and asked for a refund and never receieved a response back. My request for a refund was ignored. I waited a day for a response back from the Owner and nothing. Still no refund. I filed a claim with the BBB. Called and explained the situation to Paypal. Paypal opened a claim, said she was pulling a "Bait & Switch". I will also be calling Consumer Affairs this upcoming Monday. Nowhere on the page did it state it was on hold for ANYONE. I wouldn't have wasted my time in purchasing the item. This has become a NIGHTMARE! It's one thing when the Owner doesn't want to give me the item at the price I paid for, it's another when she also doesn't give me my money back!
I've been an excellent customer with them and have been buying their very expensive Bordelle lingerie since the beginning of 2014. I'm appalled! After this experience I won't be buying from them anymore. I've contacted BordelleUK three times to let them know of the situation and have yet to hear and answer back from them.
Beware this website!! Very deceitful!!
