I was the registered agent of Evalution Solutions LLC for a brief period when the business first commenced operations in Jacksonville, FL. As registered agent, my firm could only recieve documents from taxing agencies in regard to Evalution Solutions LLC. I had no function in the firm and was not involved in any manner with the payment of bills. Evaluation Solutions LLC went into bankruptcy in the fall of 2011. The bankruptcy court handled all payments for services rendered. The realtor in Ohio is misinformed about my firm's function relating to Evaluation Solutions LLC. My firm was never an agent of Evaluation Solutions, LLC. My firm is an independent CPA firm which never had any management funciton with Evaluation Solutions LLC. Bankruptcy is an issue our of anyone's control and completely unexpected by Evaluation Solutions LLC. My firm has beemn in business for 27 years and is highly ethical in all business dealings.I am a licensed professional who is required to maintain ethical standards. Realtors are not governed by strict ehical standards and seem to operate in any manner including unethical if they so desire based on their mood.
My firm cancelled the registered agent status after the first year as a courtesy to the client The Ohio realtor had to research back to the startup of the business, Evaluation Solutions LLC, to find our name as registered agent. We were not the registered agent at the time of the issue with Evaluation Solutions LLC if the relator had used common sense and read the reports correctly.
I consider this false report to be an injustice against highly ethical businesses that strive to maintan a high ethical standard.
