I ordered this crap and I expected better then what I got, NO FREAKIN INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BAG. How are you suppose to know HOW TO USE this stuff. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.....This is bull crap and that is putting it nicely Believe you me. What do I do with these tablets now that I got them
