At the beginning of Feb, I began searching for the best seats at the best price for a concert on Carrie Underwood.On Feb 11, 08, I decided to go with the best deal which was ticketsmyway.com. They were selling me 2 middle section FLOOR seats, row 2. These tickets were priced at $408. I processed my purchase online and then called them. It was after 5pm that day and I guess they were already gone. The very next day, Feb 12, I called the company again to comfirm my order went through. This time I spoke to a woman and she confirmed that my tickets were MINE. They charged my credit card and my tickets were going to be shipped the first week of March.

Weeks went by and I kept waiting on that package to arrive. Nothing came. The second week of March, two weeks before my concert, I received an email from Stephanie:

We are contacting you regarding a recent ticket request you had submitted. When your request came into our office the tickets were unavailable, they had been placed on an order that came in previous to yours. We do still have other seating available, listed below is what we have comparable to what you had requested.* Sec C row 9 $200ea *Sec C $235ea Thankyou,Ticketsmyway.com

This is not what I ordered. I even made the calls to them to confirm my order. I was told I had second row seats! If the tickets were unavailable when my order came in, then why did they process it? How can a company sell something that they dont have in the first place? I tried to contact them that night when I received the email, March 13. I received no answer. I emailed them back and ask that they call me and I gave them my cell-again. No call received.

The next day, I called them. The first 15 times I called (I have the phone bill to prove it) I kept getting a message that said all reps were busy, try back later or leave a msg. I wanted to talk to someone, not leave a message. The next time I called, I actually got further, I got through to some recording that said to please keep holding for next available rep. I held. After 40 mins, it cut me off. I got the same message saying everyone was busy, try your call again later. I went online and they have a chat with a person live feature. I seen someone was available on that so I tried to explain the situation. She confirmed they were sending me 9th row seats for the same price I paid for the second row seats. She said nothing about my complaints. It was like I was talking to a robot and not a live person.
