Stay away from this company. They charge a large upfront fee then charge 25.00 a month. You can buy tickets for the event cheaper. They cancel events.
They did not tell me there was a problem with my credit card for 5 month for the 25.00 fee. They said they call me on my cell phone in November, however, my cell phone company has no record. They say they sent me a letter not registered. They sent my account to a collection agency.
I now have to clean up my credit .
When I found out there was a problem with my credit card I called them and asked why they waited for 5 months. A women by the name of Sara stated because we can. I asked why they didn't call my other phone numbers to contact me she stated because we didn't want to.
They have 68.00 on credit for cancelled events that they will not return.
Stay away . . . run . . . don't walk . . . stay away

Events & Adventures decided to close their Orlando operation and did not tell their members that they would be doing so. For several months after they made this decision, they directed the other office staffs not to say that they would be closing Orlando. They continued to charge monthly dues at $25/ month and continually diminished the number of events planned on a monthly basis. Events & Adventures went on to open other offices in places like Atlanta, Boston and DC. This company really should have a class action lawsuit filed against them. Their MO is to "find your emotional pain" and stay on it until they have your credit card. They charge anywhere from $1600 to $2400 for membership fees PLUS $25/month dues AND you have to pay for the events on top of it. The offices DO NOT hire professional event planners. A typical idea for an "event" is to contact a bar or restaurant and HOLD table space for the group, play miniature golf, or meet at a festival. There are many BBB claims against this company and many unethical tactics used to get and keep your money. There is NO screening or approval process!! They will let anyone into the "club" as long as you can put some money down that day AND as long as they have some form of plastic in order to continue to bill you.
