Ok I feel with my program and my overall experiance the acidemic part was good. My teachers where grate knew how to answer questions and engage the class, and most of the students where there to learn. (My issue is I have a loan through genesis) I graduated with Everest June 2012 here we are in July I'm current on my student loan but still haven't gotten my diploma. I was told this was because I owed money to the school 106.00, yet I haven't gotten anything to show me this and was told that I have to pay this before my diploma is given to me, I asked Roland the student account rep why I owed this, and wasn't informed when I did my exit interview, and how this just magically happened after I waited three weeks for my diploma. He had no reason he told me" it must have been a book or something". I am going to pay this but I feel as a good student 4.0 GPA the whole time and being a member of the ambassadors program that I should have been warned or should get more than a I don't know over the phone. Roland throughout my time at the school was little help and I found just calling genesis was the best way to go if Ihad a question or wanted to know how my loan would change after school. The school isn't bad but if you for the Medical Assistant program be warned that the school not your lender is the one to watch out for. They will send you e-mails saying that you need to call the lender when you don't.
