We used Everlast Paving and Brick Pavers to remove an old asphalt driveway and install a new one.
Peter George (owner) was recommended by a neighbor. He used unskilled laborers and did not supervise them properly. What resulted is a driveway that pitches rainwater into the garage to the level of several inches,in a severe and sudden downpour.
This situation did not exist before he came in and he has steadfastly refused to return and correct the situation. We have reported him to the BBB and are waiting for a response.Meanwhile,we plan to take him to small claims court.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO OUR INITIAL COMPLAINT VS. Everlasting Paving
Since Mr George has decided to "reset his reputation",
let me say we have been awarded a judgement in small claims court for $2400.
Mr George ignored numerous letters from our attorney to respond to the problem he created. When I spoke to him on the phone, his response was "you're not get tin' any money from me". We have employed a civil engineer to remedy our water
drainage problem. We will deal with Mr George in court.

We offered to put a drain in front of the garage door before paving the driveway, because the driveway had no pitch. She did not want to spend the extra money needed for the drain, after the driveway was paved and was holding water because the driveway had no pitch we offered to put the drain in and split the difference but she did not want us to come back and do anything.
