EVO CANADA (EVIL CANADA) Ripoff, Scam, Liars, Hidden Fees, Reps well trained to scam Montreal Quebec Canada
Beware! Do NOT do business with this evil company. EVO CANADA is a scam and the sales representatives are well trained to scam the small business. Signed a 21 pages contract with rep for which you do not have time to read everything because of the multiple places that the rep make you sign and makes up a story that he has to check something at his office first AND LEAVE WITHOUT GIVING YOU A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
He didn't know his job nor the processing terminal. Within a few days we noticed all the fees coming out of our banking account. We knew right then that the rep lied to us over and over again about all the hidden fees and how much this whole aventure will REALLY cost us. When we ask to have a copy of the contract, only then we saw all these hidden fees which WERE NOT written on the contract we signed a few days earlier. The rep probably wrote all these amounts AFTER he was gone with our contract "to his office".
We had to close our banking account right away having giving them a "specimen" cheque for OUR deposits. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS! unless you can easily close your account without any problems. Fees were coming out from everywhere. After only 5 days of business with this EVIL company, we sent a letter stating that we want to cancel this contract as soon as possible. Of course, they refused saying we signed a contract and it's not that easy to cancel... EXCUSE ME! They wanted $500 cancellation fees and the price for the terminal of $1,800.00. They told us that we have to pay the terminal because they cannot use it anymore! It was brand new! Bullsh....
We ended up sending the terminal back to them and we are now waiting to hear from them for the cancellation fees they want but we do not want to give them anything since we also have rights I think, in order to cancel a contract after only 5 days...
Customer service? All twits if you ask me! Never got any good answer for all the fees they took into our bank account and the manager who called us to say "it's not that easy to cancel..." is a real b***h and never let you talk. The rep? when we told him that we wanted to cancel the contract he told us to "call customer service"...!!!
If EVO CANADA calls you to set an appointment...HANG UP! If he comes to your door, KICK HIS a*s OFF YOUR PROPERTY! They are scammers, they specialize in riping off small business. BEWARE of EVO CANADA!

I can assure there is no such thing like this at Evo canada, first of all you must be very stupid if you signed a contract and didnt keep your copy, second you complaint but does'nt provide your business adress or phone number so it's impossible to verify the authencity of your complaint. Stop saying b******* about compagny when it's not true, if you can back the s*** your saying then sue us.

After taking a deeper look in our archive it's seems like your story is totaly fake. You are probably one of our competitor and use malicious tactic to dirty our name.
