We were a new start up business- talked to John Lane at Evolution - signed us up for credit card services. Processed the paperwork, sent us a terminal, told us to start using right away. 

After running through a couple thousand dollars worth of sales, we get notified that Commerce Systems is the processer and they have denied us, and are now not releasing our money for 6 months !  However, there was a refund to a customer which they took directly out of our account.

John Lane kept feeding us b/s - and wanted more and more paperwork and documents and then would not take any calls or emails. Even his boss didn't take our calls. This went on for over two weeks. 

Finally got someone else to look into it, and they did refund our customers for us to run through with our new merchant service company (who approved us with no problems).

This company is bad business, You must understand they are the middle man for a processing company - IF you have an issue- you can wait for upwards of 25 callers before you - I literally spent over 20 hours on the phone with them.

All they care about is the initial sale - there is no continued service, and they are misleading and lie. No processors should be sent out to use if your account is not completely approved. THey still have not refunded fees they said we wouldn't have -- and we are still dealing with that.. Stay away from Evolution Bank Card !
