I originally ordered this product on March 12, 2012. I didnt receive it until the 31st of March! The product only worked for about a week and had horrible battery life. So on April 6, 2012 I contacted the company and was told to return the product and that I would receive a replacement. I did so and about a Month later I received the replacement.

It worked for two days! I contacted the company and again and was told to return the product and I would be given a refund as I was no longer interested in the tablet. I returned it in May. I was sent a message in June that said that they had received it and that my refund would be refunded by June 30, 2012.

It is now August 7, 2012 and no refund has been given. Today someone by the name of Tommy San who works in the sales department replied to me and said they have no intention of giving my money back because it was longer than 30 days after the purchase. I was told when I sent it back that it was thirty day from the date that I had received the second one. So now I have no tablet (which I would not want anyhow) and Im out of my 109.00.

It's supposed to be a good deal but you're better off spending money and getting you a tablet directly from the store. The hassle isn't even worth it. Lastly, the product doesn't even come from Florida it ships from HONG KONG!
