where to begin...this whole process from evolution is such a SCAM! i was a client at the woodland hills office and was SOLD the song and dance by rob beale who outright lied on several occasions. $3000 later and gone...i am without any results after following their regimen exactly! after being called out on his own words and whether he would back them up...i watched rob slowly twist things to place the blame on me. PLEASE don't give this company your business or money because if this were truly working EVERYONE losing their hair would be lining up around the block! i NEVER saw one client the 8 months i was there, let alone rob who should have been present at least part of the time to oversee the process (or at least to make me comfortable). his only response was i need to be in beverly hills to open up the next center! they do not stand behind their word or their product! when signing the releases i said to rob "you are protected and who protects me?" he said "we do because this works and we stand behind that!" in the end with no results, after telling me there are other products to try, etc...i called him since he was not calling me and he said they are "severing ties with me"...THIS is their sensitive approach they speak so heartfelt about on their website. be wise and know that this company is not honorable and they are truly preying on people searching for hope...how much worse can you get?

I am saddened about the above review. We strive to achieve the best results for every person. I worked with Diana for 9 months trying to achieve her expectation of hair regrowth. In every consultation we clearly explain the effect that our treatment has for every person, some people set themselves up for failure.
Diana from the beginning thought that our treatment would not work. Although we use a proven process that has achieved great success for thousands of people, Diana received only a minor result. In some cases this can happen due to lifestyle and medical issues. Along the way I coached Diana on how to improve her results, but she failed to take my advice.
I was not able to control her lifestyle factors and her rate of product usage at home. I made suggestions but it is up to the client to follow them. I wanted to continue to work with her at no additional cost but her emotional outbursts were abusive and derogatory. It was recommended at that time that she no longer come into the clinics.
