Now 2 months later still no refund...

Item purchased: Quantity 2: NV + HD + MD / HD 1080P (1920x1080), Motion Detection, Night Vision
Problem: extremely poor video quality, so contacted site via ticketing system, Thomas Andersen reply with instruction to mail items back to Hong Kong address for refund.
I did not expect to ship to international address and pay such high price when I buy from US site. Site did not say item must be shipped to international address for refund, but I did ship items back anyway.
Now 2 months later still no refund.
I filed complain with BBB but after a month they said could not help any further as the company did not reply and my case was closed UNANSWERED, so BBB suggested I contact 800helpfla.com
I have also filed a complaint with 800helpfla.com but this site does not even provide a method to follow up on the case I filed with them (Online Complaint Number 164006)
