We purchased a tablet for my son last Christmas 2012. I returned the unit on April 29th 2013 because it would not hold a charge, per the companies instructions. I had the tablet insured and shipped to Evolution Worldwide 17C 235 Wing Lok St. Sheung Wan, Hong Kong China. It is now November 6th 2013 and I still have not received the replacement unit. I've contacted the company numerous times via phone and I've sent a number of web support tickets to no avail. The call center agents that I speak with are unable to reach anyone in management and simply send support tickets, much the same way that I am sending tickets via the internet. At this time I am considering a class action law suit. The company sent a support ticket claiming "It has been shipped, is in the USA, and is enroute to you." However according to the USPS the item was received in Hong Kong at 7:40 pm on May 9th 2013 and was never shipped out again. To say that I am unhappy with Freebird Tablets/Evolution Worldwide would be a major understatement.
