The latest incarnation of Trey White The Business Guru is as the founder & CEO of EvolvHealth, a self-stated manufacturer and marketer of neutraceutical beverages.  (See ) (((Redacted)))

Here lets go to its website at(((Redacted))):

"EvolvHealth, LLC is a direct sales company developed by a team of scientists in conjunction with seasoned entrepreneurs, marketers and direct sellers. The team is led by the Founder and Chairman, Mr. Trey White."

Evolvs slick website and over-the-top videos truly leave no doubt as to White being a visionary leader of historical business accomplishments.

In particular, an introductory video from Evolv still found on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6Dy-tTHTFE&feature=related seems definitely intended to wow viewers and during which he discusses that he is only weeks away from launching the next billion dollar company in network marketing.

And this other early-stage video found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFQfv0M6AKM pretty much serves the same purpose -- to promote the image of Trey White as The Great Man.

You'll note that in these videos White describes himself as a businessperson and serial entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas. True enough. And he talks about his past achievements in the DotCom Era as well as within the nationwide ethanol industry.  (More about these acomplishments below.)

The pitch posed by White is assured and convincing. While never making the claim himself, White even allows himself to be styled as a billionaire in Evolv-related videos: see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4a70rMKg0A.  And here at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGQcGW5ZsB8&feature=related, watch White grins from ear-to-ear without protest as he is introduced as a multi-billionaire.

Check out these videos before White makes YouTube take them down.

Indeed, at the website of White's separate venture firm - with its welcome page (http://www.whiteventures.com/index.html) grand-eloquently brandishing the subtitle The Power Of Seeing The Future - as late as 2009 White trumpeted his professional accomplishment as follows:

Pretty cool stuff. Dynamic guy, right?

But The Power Of Seeing The Future is only surpassed by The Power Of Seeing The Past.

Check out that statement above, where White claimed in regard to HomeBuilder.com that [h]e took the company public in 1999 as HomeStore.com with a market capitalization of $3 billion. Those were Whites words: and not anyone elses.

Except when you check the SEC filings relating to the 1999 initial public offering of Homestore.com (indexed at http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001085770&type=&dateb=&owner=exclude&start=320&count=40), it becomes apparent that White had no such role.

At this SEC webpage found at http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1085770/0000944209-00-000093.txt, one can review the final form of prospectus that was circulated concerning the Homestore.com IPO.  This document was required by law to list every significant executive or stockholder of the Homestore firm involved in the going public process.

The name Trey White (or any mention of White under any of his other aliases) doesnt appear anywhere in the document.

And in fact, when you run a search of the document for the last name White, the only reference point in this document as a major stockholder of Homestore.com is Fred. R. White, Jr. the FATHER of our own Trey White in question.

So maybe Trey was running his Daddy.

Or maybe instead Trey was just running his mouth.

But the one thing that Trey White wasnt running in 1999 was (((Redacted))), much less taking it public.

Incredulous as it seems, White apparently was hoping that that no one would actually take the time to check out his personal history -- including his claims to fame with (((Redacted)))  Or even with respect to his involvement with the fourth largest ethanol producer in North America.

What ever happened to that ethanol producer? Just before the founding of EvolvHealth, during 1999, this article found at http://www.bizjournals.com/dallas/stories/2009/05/18/story11.html tells you what happened to that ethanol producer:

A Dallas-based ethanol business with three refineries has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after its lenders said it defaulted on its main credit facility.

White Energy Inc. operates three ethanol refineries: in Hereford and Plainview, Texas and in Russell, Kan. It is one of the 10 largest ethanol producers in the country and the No. 2 producer of gluten for food companies in the country. White produced $500 million in revenue in 2008, according to its bankruptcy filings."

Strange that Trey doesnt tell you about this development when touting his involvement with the fourth largest ethanol producer in North America.

With what multi-billion dollar companies has Trey White been involved? And what companies has Trey White taken public?

White during these videos makes the claim to have started a number of companies during the course of his career as a serial entrepreneur.

Trey hasnt ever publicly mentioned for attribution his involvement as the founder and funder of Bridgeport Power, an electricity retailer in the Texas deregulated energy market that went defunct after a couple years of operations, leaving its customers stranded.  Information concerning Bridgeport power can be found at the Texas Public Utilities Commission website at http://interchange.puc.state.tx.us/WebApp/Interchange/application/dbapps/login/pgLogin.asp.

Funny that Trey doesnt much talk anymore about his Marlin Atlantis property development firm anymore and its planned developments in Texas (found at (((Redacted)))

Click on some of the webpages that are supposedly maintained for these communities in development by Marlin Atlantis -- such as Cross Oak Ranch (((Redacted))) or Espereranze bourne (((Redacted))) -- to get a sense for the viability of these dormant efforts.

Beyond the slick websites, there's nothing there.

And what else does Trey White not talk about?

The fact that he cant even vote due to the reality that Trey White is a convicted felon.

Indeed, White was convicted under Texas criminal law in respect of a felony charge (Charge Number F-8588654) of Possession Of A Controlled Substance in Dallas County, Texas, with the judicial disposition of that offense on February 19, 1988. (For those interested in digging further, the TRS Entry ID Number of the case 743XXXX and the Court Entry Status ID Number is 279XXXX.)

And now this former druggie turned business giant is selling "neutraceuticals"?

That ignores the other conviction on Whites record of a Class A Misdemeanor for Assault To Cause Bodily Injury (Charge Number 964311301010) that was finalized roughly a decade later on February 7, 1997. (The TRS Entry ID Number of the case is 7432424 and the Tracking incident Number used by state law enforcement is 9002966768.)

GET REAL, TREY!
